Soft washing is the cleaning process of using environmentally responsible and non-corrosive chemicals to clean and restore exterior surfaces to their original condition. Our method of soft washing removes the need to use harsh chemicals and aggressive power washing. Our method can be used safely on all exterior surfaces and building materials including coloured renders, large areas of concrete, gutters, painted surfaces and glass.

Soft Clean's chemical formulas are pH neutral and ensure a thorough cleanse. The chemicals we use penetrate the porous surface of the brick and concrete to kill the mildew, algae, moss roots, and other infectants that live deep inside. Power washing only removes these infectants temporarily from the surface.

Soft washing lasts longer than power washing while ensuring no damage to the render, brick, or concrete.
